Description

The training course is designed to systematically improve the pilot’s skills, knowledge of procedures and good habits and practices necessary for VFR flight and emergency situations. It is one of the most important cornerstones of the Cirrus Approach philosophy, focused on the safety of the pilot and passengers of Cirrus Aircraft. Carried out regularly and with care, it is a direct response to the dangerous phenomenon of Progressive Error Adoption observed among pilots at any level of training, regardless of airflight.

Implemented regularly and with diligence, it is a direct response to the dangerous phenomenon of Progressive Error Adoption observed among pilots at every level of training, regardless of airflight. – let’s make it a separate paragraph in this section.

The Cirrus Recurrent VFR training programme was developed by Aero Poznań specialists on the basis of the Cirrus Approach philosophy. Our instructors implement it by addressing and practicing, together with the student, key issues relating to on-board electronics, avionics, AFCS, or engine management.
Thanks to the unique possibilities offered by the use of the Cirrus SR Series full-motion simulator, however, the training is more complete and even more responsive to the needs of Cirrus aircraft pilots. In addition to the traditional blocks of theoretical and practical training in the aircraft, the student – as part of the – course carries out intensive simulator training relating to procedures and good practice required in emergency situations, including activation of the CAPS system.
The training consists of two hour-long flights with an instructor and one 90-minute session in a Cirrus SR Series full-motion simulator. The entire course is complemented by theoretical classes.
