Paweł Kliczka

From an early age he was fascinated by the aviation industry. His interests and admiration for his father’s proffession (aircraft mechanic) were the main reasons for which, from the age of 7, in every spare while would Paweł help working at the hangar passing the tools and learning.

 

Professionally involved in aviation since 2003, when he started gliding training. Since 2005 he has been working as a Mechanic involved in activities related to Continuing Airworthiness Management. Graduated from National University specialised in aviation personnel trainings as a Mechanic, gained experience in various aeroclubs in Lublin, Eastern Poland, as CAMO Manager. Therefore the technical documentation of the aircraft Has no secrets for him. License holder in categories B1.2 (piston engines) and B2 (avionics).

 

In February 2017 Pawel decided to join the Aero Poznań team as a CAMO Manager and Technical Manager / Head of Authorized Cirrus Aircraft Service. Depending on the knowledge he has gained so far, he completed numerous thematic trainings about Cirrus SR2X, Garmin Perspective and Perspecticve+ at Cirrus Aircraft Corp. in Duluth (Minnesota).

 

He has extensive experience gained on Cirrus SR22T, Cessna 150, Cessna 152, Cessna 172, Czech Sport Aircraft PS-28 Cruiser, Piper Aircraft PA-28-181, PA-28-235 and Polish aircrafts such as PZL-101 Gawron, PZL-104 Wilga, Antonov AN-2, PZL-110 and Jak-12.

 

He is fascinated by aviation, which he can talk about for hours, while his hobby is snowboarding and photography.

Darek Kliczka

Aviation is not only his work but also the passion he devoted his life to. Mechanic since 1984, from 1994 as the Technical Manager of one of the Lublin Aeroclubs. As one of the first mechanics in Poland, obtained the right to service Cessna aircrafts.

 

An excellent practicioner, specialising in aircraft engines. Over 30 years of experience have allowed Darek to work with such types as: Antonov AN-2, Jak-12, PZL-101 Gawron, Zlin-42, Zlin-142, PZL-104 Wilga 35, PZL-104 Wilga 80, PZL-104MF Wilga 2000 , PZL-110 Koliber, At-3, Cessna 150, Cessna 152, Cessna 172, Cessna 182, Piper PA-28-181, Piper PA-28-235, CSA PS-28 Cruiser. However airplanes are not the only experience that Darek can boast of. As a license holder in category B1.3 (helicopters) he operated Mi-2, PZL-Kania, W3-Sokół types.

 

In September 2017, he joined the APM team, becoming the hangar manager, with the main task to ensuring that maintenance work is always at highest level and technical standards are always met. What is important, the presence of two employees with the same surname in the company is not a coincidence, because Aero Poznań is a company of generations - generations of family passion.

Technical Documentation Specialist

Kasia Sawka

Kasia is a widely known face of Aero Poznań since 2013. In the Aero Poznan Maintenance team from July 2017. As an excellent specialist in customer service, she makes sure that each of the visitors receives the highest level of support and all the necessary information. In addition, Kasia also deals with the maintenance of technical documentation such as CAMO and PDT - On-board Technical Journal.

 

During her free time, she travels the world gaining new friends and collecting memories. Moments of sweet laziness, Kasia usually spend with good books and suspenseful TV series.

Technical Chief and CAMO Manager Assistant

Artur Stępczyński

He has joined the aviation industry in 2012, starting training for the PPL (A) license. In aviation technology since 2014. On a daily basis, he supports the staff in the activity of aircraft maintenance. Thanks to his involvement each mechanic has clearly defined tasks to perform.

 

Artur is passionate about motorization, electronics and amateur radio. He also likes to spend free time at the airport as he is an enthusiast of aircraft spotting.

Mechanic

Andrzej Wiśniewski

Graduated from the Aviation Technical School and the Higher Vocational School with the specialty of Air Mechanics. Now Andrzej fulfills his childhood passions and dreams while working in the aviation industry and finishing the process of obtaining a professional license of aviation mechanic.

 

He spends his free time on developing his interests - motorization and cinematography.
